I picked up boxing in 2018 with no background, no fitness base and honestly not much self-belief. What I found was a sport that demanded everything and gave back even more.
From day one I was obsessed with getting the fundamentals right. Footwork, guard, weight transfer, timing. I didn't want to just throw punches I wanted to understand why every movement mattered. That discipline of technique became the foundation of everything I built.
I competed at amateur level, stepping into the ring and putting everything I'd worked on to the test. But more than the competition, it was the process the daily grind of showing up and getting better that changed my life.
I transitioned into coaching because I wanted to give others what boxing gave me. Discipline, grit, and a version of yourself you didn't know existed. Whether you want to get fit, learn to box properly, or just need something that challenges you and I'll get you there.
