I've Been

I picked up boxing in 2018 with no background, no fitness base and honestly not much self-belief. What I found was a sport that demanded everything and gave back even more.

From day one I was obsessed with getting the fundamentals right. Footwork, guard, weight transfer, timing. I didn't want to just throw punches I wanted to understand why every movement mattered. That discipline of technique became the foundation of everything I built.

I competed at amateur level, stepping into the ring and putting everything I'd worked on to the test. But more than the competition, it was the process the daily grind of showing up and getting better that changed my life.

I transitioned into coaching because I wanted to give others what boxing gave me. Discipline, grit, and a version of yourself you didn't know existed. Whether you want to get fit, learn to box properly, or just need something that challenges you and I'll get you there.

I coach the way I was taught to train: with patience, attention to detail, and high standards. You'll be pushed. You'll improve. And you'll leave every session knowing exactly why it was worth it.

Where are sessions held?
Anywhere that works for you. Local parks, outdoor spaces, your street. Sessions come to you across Sydney.
What equipment do I need?
Just a pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps. I bring the pads and everything else needed for the session.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Complete beginners are welcome. We start from scratch and build at your pace.
How fit do I need to be?
You don't need to be fit to start. Sessions are tailored to your level. The fitness comes with the training.
How long is each session?
All sessions are 60 minutes. Enough time to warm up, work hard and cool down properly.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Life happens. Just give reasonable notice and we'll find another time that works for both of us.
Is this only for weight loss?
Not at all. People train for fitness, stress relief, confidence, technique or simply because they love boxing.
What do I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Dress like you're heading to the gym.
How does payment work?
After your booking request is confirmed, payment is arranged directly with Aman before your first session.
